    Makes static caravan holiday homes and holiday lodges. Launched its 2027-season range in July 2026, and celebrates 80 years in 2026.

    Beverley, East Yorkshire

    Makes caravan holiday homes, built to BS EN 1647, and holiday lodges; its website shows a 2026 and 2027 collection. Grew out of two firms that merged in 1972.

    Makes static caravans, twin units and residential lodges; established in 1983, its website shows its 2026 collection.

    Makes BS 3632 residential park homes and holiday lodges. Part of Rix Group, with a factory at Rushden, Northamptonshire.

    Family-owned maker of BS 3632 residential park homes and holiday lodges, which describes itself as Europe’s oldest park home maker.

Names you may come across that aren’t listed

We only list companies we could confirm were trading in October 2026. These have closed, changed hands or couldn’t be confirmed:

  • Atlas Leisure Homes — administrators were appointed in March 2025 (NCC statement). Rix Group bought the Atlas name and designs in June 2025 (NCC news), but we couldn’t confirm that new Atlas-branded caravans are on sale.
  • Sunseeker Holiday Homes — went into administration on 7 September 2026 (Companies House).
  • Tingdene Homes — the park home and lodge manufacturing company went into liquidation in December 2023 (Companies House). The Tingdene Group’s holiday parks are separate and still trading — they’re listed above.
  • Cove — its UK holding company and four subsidiaries, covering 11 parks, went into administration in November 2025 (The Gazette). Its Seal Bay Resort in Selsey was sold to Haven in September 2026 (Haven news).
  • BK Bluebird — no longer makes new holiday homes (Park Holidays).
  • Hoseasons — a holiday booking agency, not a park operator; it doesn’t sell holiday homes (its website).
